Catherine Louise Geale was the daughter of Reverend John Samuel Geale.1 She married Lt.-Col. Anthony Mildmay Julian Fane, 13th Earl of Westmorland, son of Colonel Francis William Henry Fane, 12th Earl of Westmorland and Lady Adelaide Ida Curzon, on 22 April 1916.1 She died on 21 August 1973.1
As a result of her marriage, Catherine Louise Geale was styled as Countess of Westmorland on 22 April 1916. From 22 April 1916, her married name became Fane.
