     Jane Annette Suggitt was the daughter of Henry Suggitt.1 She married Christopher Furness, 1st Baron Furness, son of John Furness and Averill Eastor Wilson, on 16 May 1876.1 She died on 31 March 1930.1
     From 16 May 1876, her married name became Furness.1 After her marriage, Jane Annette Suggitt was styled as Baroness Furness on 19 July 1910.

     Daisy Hogg was the daughter of G. J. H. Hogg.1 She married Marmaduke Furness, 1st Viscount Furness, son of Christopher Furness, 1st Baron Furness and Jane Annette Suggitt, on 1 November 1904.1 She died on 25 February 1921.1
     From 1 November 1904, her married name became Furness.1 After her marriage, Daisy Hogg was styled as Baroness Furness on 10 November 1912. After her marriage, Daisy Hogg was styled as Viscountess Furness on 16 January 1918.

     Hon. Christopher Furness, V.C. was born on 17 May 1912.1 He was the son of Marmaduke Furness, 1st Viscount Furness and Daisy Hogg.1 He died on 24 May 1940 at age 28, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Welsh Guards.1 He was awarded the Victoria Cross (V.C.), posthumously.1

     William Anthony Furness, 2nd Viscount Furness was born on 31 March 1929.1 He was the son of Marmaduke Furness, 1st Viscount Furness and Thelma Morgan.1 He died on 1 May 1995 at age 66.2
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Furness, of Grantley, West Riding, co. Yorks [U.K., 1910] on 6 October 1940.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Furness, of Grantley, West Riding, co. Yorks [U.K., 1918] on 6 October 1940.1 He was appointed Commander, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.) in 1964.1 He was awarded the Order pro Merito Melitensi in 1965.2 He was awarded the Knight Commander, Order of St. Gregory the Great in 1966.1 On his death, his titles became extinct.2
