     Sir William Percy Maxwell Vincent, 3rd Bt. was born on 1 February 1945.1 He is the son of Sir Lacey Eric Vincent, 2nd Bt. and Helen Millicent Robertson.2 He married Christine Margaret Walton, daughter of Reverend Edward Walton, on 22 September 1976.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Vincent, of Watton, co. Norfolk [U.K., 1937] on 21 October 1963.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1964 in the Irish Guards.1 He fought in the Borneo Campaign in 1965.1 He was director of Save and Prosper between 1978 and 1984.1 He was director of Touche Remnant and Company between 1984 and 1991.1 He was director of M&G North America between 1992 and 1995.1 He was managing director of Cambridge Associates LLC in 1995.1 He lived in 2003 at Whistlers, South Lane, Buriton, Hampshire, England.1

     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for City London.1 He held the office of Sheriff of London from 1926 to 1927.2 He was appointed Knight in 1927.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1935 and 1936.1 He was created 1st Baronet Vincent, of Watton, co. Norfolk [U.K.] on 18 January 1937.1
