     Elizabeth Langmead was the daughter of Philip Langmead.2 She married Vice-Admiral George Byng, 6th Viscount Torrington, son of John Byng, 5th Viscount Torrington and Bridget Forrest, on 8 February 1793.1 She died on 20 August 1810.1
     From 8 February 1793, her married name became Byng.

     Hon. George Byng, 7th Viscount Torrington was born on 9 September 1812.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral George Byng, 6th Viscount Torrington and Frances Harriet Barlow.2 He married Mary Anne Astley, daughter of Sir John Dugdale Astley, on 18 March 1833.1 He died on 27 April 1884 at age 71.1
     He was educated Eton.1 7th Viscount Torrington.1 He was DCL, Honour Colonel 3rd and 4th Bns QOR W Kent Regt, Ld-in-Waiting and 1859–84, Governor and Commander-in-Chief Ceylon 1847–50 in 1837.1

     Mary Anne Astley was the daughter of Sir John Dugdale Astley.2 She married Hon. George Byng, 7th Viscount Torrington, son of Vice-Admiral George Byng, 6th Viscount Torrington and Frances Harriet Barlow, on 18 March 1833.1 She died on 26 January 1885, aged 80.1
     Only.1 Her married name became Byng. She was also known as 1st Baronet [U.K. Life Peer].1 She lived in 1970 Everley (see edn).1
