     Sir George Savile was born in 1583.1 He was the son of Sir George Savile, 1st Bt. and Lady Mary Talbot. He married Sarah Rede in 1604.1 He died on 24 August 1614, in the lifetime of the father (buried ) by her:.1
      Ktd.1 He lived Thornhill.1 He was married 2nd Anne (died 30 July 1633), dau of Sir William Wentworth, of Wentworth Woodhouse, Yorkshire and sister of Thomas, 1st Earl of Strafford of the Jan 1639/40 created (with Archbp Laud one of CHARLES I's two chief mins) on 14 September 1607.1
