     Kenneth Ord Mackenzie was born on 28 November 1912.1 He was the son of Kenneth Mackenzie and May Eudora Horsbrugh.2 He married Penelope June Colt, daughter of Neville Brace Colt, on 20 January 1955.1 He died on 30 March 1994 at age 81.1
