     Charlotte French Cotton was the daughter of Venerable Henry Cotton.2 She married Leopold George Frederick Keane, son of Sir Richard Keane, 2nd Bt. and Eliza Sparrow, in March 1844.1 She died in 1903.1
     From March 1844, her married name became Keane.

     Frederick Henry Keane was born on 13 March 1857.1 He was the son of Leopold George Frederick Keane and Charlotte French Cotton.2 He married Elizabeth Harriet Anne Agnes Penrose, daughter of William Henry Penrose, on 30 November 1893.1 He died on 25 December 1939 at age 82.1

     George Wilfred Keane was born on 14 May 1859.1 He was the son of Sir John Henry Keane, 3rd Bt. and Laura Keatinge.2 He married, firstly, Jessie Mary Lowther du Vernet, daughter of Colonel James Smith du Vernet, on 21 February 1888.1 He married, secondly, Beatrice Manthorp Chubb, daughter of John Charles Chubb, on 9 October 1912.1 He died on 12 April 1922 at age 62.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Battalion, Durham Light Infantry.1
