Henry Daubeney, 1st and last Earl of Bridgwater was born in December 1493.2 He was the son of Giles Daubeney, 1st Baron Daubeney and Elizabeth Arundell.1 He married, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Neville, daughter of Sir George Neville, 3rd Lord Abergavenny and Joan FitzAlan, before 16 July 1517.2 He died on 12 April 1548 at age 54, without issue.2
Henry Daubeney, 1st and last Earl of Bridgwater succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Daubeney on 22 May 1508.3 He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) on 23 June 1509.3 He fought in the campaign in France in 1513.3 On 19 December 1514 he had livery of his father's lands.3 He was created 1st Earl of Bridgwater [England] on 19 July 1538.3
On his death, his titles became extinct.3
