     George Lauder was born in 1673.2 He was the son of Sir John Lauder of Fountainhall, 1st Bt. and Margaret Ramsay.1 He died in April 1700, by suicide, without issue.2
     He lived at Edington, Berwickshire, Scotland.2

     William Lauder was born in 1652.2 He was the son of Sir John Lauder of Fountainhall, 1st Bt. and Isabel Ellis.1 He married Catherine Broun.2 He died in 1724.2
     He was educated at Leyden University, Leyden, The NetherlandsG.2 He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh (F.R.C.P.E.) in 1681.2

     Colin Lauder was born in 1659.2 He was the son of Sir John Lauder of Fountainhall, 1st Bt. and Isabel Ellis.1 He married Elizabeth St. Clair, daughter of William St. Clair and Christian Sinclair, in 1682.2 He died in 1690.2
     He was a merchant burgess at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
