     Emma Horsfall was born circa 1832.2 She was the daughter of William Horsfall.3 She married Arthur Jackson Greer, son of William Jackson Greer and Margaret Ussher, on 18 June 1866.1,2 She died on 25 February 1902.1
     From 18 June 1866, her married name became Greer.

     Alured Ussher Greer was born on 9 November 1870.1 He was the son of Arthur Jackson Greer and Emma Horsfall.2 He married Mary Gertrude Sowerby, daughter of Thomas Charles Johnson Sowerby, on 5 April 1923.1 He died on 29 December 1946 at age 76, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Yorkshire Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was Assistant Controller, Ministry of Munitions.1 He was Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1918.1

     From 3 September 1867, her married name became Greer. From 25 April 1876, her married name became Scott.1
