     Gervais Bolton Jones was the son of Reverend Thomas Josiah Jones.2 He married Edith Sophia Greer, daughter of Reverend William Henry Greer and Charlotte Pike, on 7 January 1899.1 He died on 14 May 1943.1
     He was District Surgeon of Natal.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1

     Marion MacGregor Greer was born on 15 November 1870.1 She was the daughter of Reverend William Henry Greer and Charlotte Pike.2 She married Lt.-Col. Robert Campbell Pierce in 1897.1 She died on 8 May 1916 at age 45, one dau. He was lea 1 July 1916.1

     Lt.-Col. Robert Campbell Pierce married Marion MacGregor Greer, daughter of Reverend William Henry Greer and Charlotte Pike, in 1897.1 He died on 1 July 1916, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Inniskilling Fusilers.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     Edwin Greer was born on 10 February 1839.1 He was the son of William Jackson Greer and Margaret Ussher.2 He married Maria Theodosia Grainger, daughter of Richard Grainger, in February 1879.1 He died, without issue.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1865 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He lived at Evora, Howth, County Dublin, Ireland.1

     Sophia Louisa Greer was born on 5 January 1833.1 She was the daughter of William Jackson Greer and Margaret Ussher.2 She married Robert Butler Staveley, son of Robert James Staveley, on 14 June 1859.1 She died on 21 March 1872 at age 39.1
     From 14 June 1859, her married name became Staveley.
