     Reverend Richard Ussher Greer was born on 29 July 1868.2 He was the son of Reverend William Henry Greer and Charlotte Pike.3 He married Elizabeth Lindsay Greer, daughter of Frederick Greer and Cecilia Staples, on 28 April 1898.4 He died on 23 June 1915 at age 46.2
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1890 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).2 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1893 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2 He was the Rector between 1911 and 1915 at Bainbridge, County Down, Ireland.2
