Frederick Craufurd Goodenough was born on 28 July 1866.1 He was the son of Frederick Addington Goodenough and Mary Lambert.2 He married Maeve Macnamara, daughter of Nottidge Charles Macnamara, on 19 February 1898.1 He died on 1 September 1934 at age 68.1
