     Frances Cockerell was the daughter of Samuel Pepys Cockerell and Anne Whetham.2 She married Reverend Edmund Goodenough, son of Reverend Samuel Goodenough and Elizabeth Ford, on 31 May 1821.1 She died in 1865.1
     From 31 May 1821, her married name became Goodenough.

     Frederick Addington Goodenough was born on 6 July 1827.1 He was the son of Reverend Edmund Goodenough and Frances Cockerell.2 He married Mary Lambert, daughter of Reverend Anthony L. Lambert, on 17 October 1861.1 He died on 13 September 1869 at age 42, at sea.1
     He was an East India merchant.1 He also had three daughters.1

Commodore James Graham Goodenough1

     Commodore James Graham Goodenough was the son of Reverend Edmund Goodenough and Frances Cockerell.2 He married Victoria Henrietta Hamilton, daughter of William John Hamilton and Hon. Margaret Frances Florence Dillon, on 31 May 1862.1 He died on 20 August 1875, killed by Maoris (?) while commanding the Australia station (?).1
     He gained the rank of Commodore in the Royal Navy.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1
