     Gilbert Kennedy Marshall was born on 28 May 1888.2 He was the son of William Kennedy Marshall and Ada Mary Elizabeth Den Keatinge.1,2 He married Millicent Frances Clark, daughter of William Raymond Fitzmaurice Clark and Emily Fanny White-Spunner, on 14 January 1920 at Shinrone, County Offaly, Ireland.1,2 He died on 16 September 1943 at age 55 at Birr, County Tipperary, Ireland.2
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, Princess Victoria's (Royal Irish Fusiliers.)2

     Millicent Frances Clark was born on 1 October 1901 at Kilballyskea, County Offaly, Ireland.2 She was the daughter of William Raymond Fitzmaurice Clark and Emily Fanny White-Spunner.1,2 She married Gilbert Kennedy Marshall, son of William Kennedy Marshall and Ada Mary Elizabeth Den Keatinge, on 14 January 1920 at Shinrone, County Offaly, Ireland.1,2 She died on 28 June 1988 at age 86 at Croydon, Surrey, England.2
     From 14 January 1920, her married name became Marshall.1
