     Sir Edward Leighton, 2nd Bt. was born in 1681.1 He was the son of Sir Edward Leighton, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Charlton.1,2 He married, secondly, Judith Elwick, daughter of John Elwick.1 He married, firstly, Rachel Forester, daughter of Sir William Forester and Lady Mary Cecil.1 He died on 6 March 1756.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Leighton, of Wattlesborough, Shropshire [E., 1693] in 1711.1

     Herbert Ives Bell was born in 1872 at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England.1 He was the son of Robert Bell and Eliza Susannah Ives.1 He married, firstly, Ada Emma Remington, daughter of Alfred Remington and Emma Smith, in 1900.1 He married, secondly, Maude Elizabeth Howship in 1913.1 He died in 1958 at Southend, Essex, England.1

     Annie Harvey Grove was born on 17 September 1881.2 She was the daughter of Colonel Alexander Sinclair Grove and Catherine Gage.3,4 She married Charles Brent Neville Pelly, son of Reverend Charles Henry Pelly and Katherine Harvey, on 17 January 1901.2 She died on 13 January 1963 at age 81.1
     From 17 January 1901, her married name became Pelly.2

     Commander Charles Sinclair Pelly was born on 12 September 1902.1 He was the son of Charles Brent Neville Pelly and Annie Harvey Grove.2 He married Caroline Mary Facey, daughter of Charles Samuel Facey, on 16 November 1928.1 He died on 8 December 1967 at age 65.1
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dorset in 1952.1
