     Charles Brent Neville Pelly was born on 25 February 1870.1 He is the son of Reverend Charles Henry Pelly and Katherine Harvey.2 He married Annie Harvey Grove, daughter of Colonel Alexander Sinclair Grove, on 17 January 1901.1 He died on 6 May 1933 at age 63.1
     Charles Brent Neville Pelly gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Indian Defence Force.1 He was with the Indian Police.1
