     Thomas William Dupree was born on 21 July 1913.1 He was the son of Sir William Thomas Dupree, 1st Bt. and Marion Price.2 He married, firstly, Anne Chilton, daughter of Sir Henry Getty Chilton and Katharine O'Brien, on 11 July 1938.1 He and Anne Chilton were divorced in 1953.1 He married, secondly, Jacqueline Goldschmid, daughter of Commendatore Leo Goldschmid, on 16 August 1953.1 He died on 21 August 1995 at age 82.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was 1st Secretary to Paris.1 He was Honorary Attaché to Madrid between 1936 and 1938.2 He was with the News Department, Foreign Office between 1938 and 1943.2 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.1 He was Deputy Assistant to the British Resident Minister, Allied Force HQ Algiers between 1943 and 1944.2 He was 1st Secretary to Paris between 1944 and 1946.2 He was Foreign Officee Observer, Trials of the War Criminals at Nuremburg in 1946.2
