     Reverend Luke Fowler was born on 18 October 1799.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. Robert Fowler and Hon. Louisa Gardiner.2,1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Wynne, daughter of Owen Wynne, on 10 February 1825.1 He married, secondly, Dorothea Dora Jefferson, daughter of Thomas Jefferson, on 15 October 1864.3 He died on 1 March 1876 at age 76.3
     He was the Rector at Aghour, Freshford, County Kilkenny, Ireland.1 He lived at Wellbrook.1

     Colonel Cortlandt Taylor was born in 1798 at New York, U.S.A..2 He was the son of William Taylor and Elizabeth van Cortlandt.2 He died in 1874 at Devon, England.2

     Gertrude Sara Taylor was the daughter of Colonel Cortlandt Taylor.2 She married Maj.-Gen. Charles John Fowler, son of Reverend Luke Fowler and Elizabeth Wynne, on 15 July 1862.1 She died on 19 April 1913 at Florence, Italy.1
      From 15 July 1862, her married name became Fowler.

     Major Francis Charles Fowler was born on 27 July 1864.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Charles John Fowler and Gertrude Sara Taylor.2 He married Alice Evelyn Elwes, daughter of Captain George Robert Elwes, on 12 July 1910.1 He died on 4 February 1941 at age 76, without issue.1
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Artillery.1
