     Lt.-Col. Hon. John Crichton was born on 28 June 1772.¹ He was the son of John Crichton, 1st Earl Erne of Crom Castle and Catherine Howard.¹ He married Jane Weldon, daughter of Walter Weldon, on 9 December 1797.¹ He died on 10 May 1833 at age 60.¹
     He held the office of Governor of Hurst Castle.¹

     Jane Weldon was the daughter of Walter Weldon.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Hon. John Crichton, son of John Crichton, 1st Earl Erne of Crom Castle and Catherine Howard, on 9 December 1797.¹ She died circa November 1849.¹ She was buried on 30 November 1849.¹
      From 9 December 1797, her married name became Crichton.¹

     Gilbert Boddington was the son of William Slator Boddington.² He married Hilda Cumming Backhouse, daughter of Edward Cumming Backhouse, before 1930.¹ He died before 1930.¹

     Major Hon. Henry Crichton was born on 1 October 1804.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. John Crichton and Jane Weldon.¹ He married Elizabeth Hawkshaw, daughter of Lt.-Col. unknown Hawkshaw, on 24 July 1849.¹ He died on 23 February 1864 at age 59, without issue.¹
      In August 1842 he was granted the rank of an earl's younger son.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 6th Dragoons.¹

     Elizabeth Hawkshaw was the daughter of Lt.-Col. unknown Hawkshaw.¹ She married Major Hon. Henry Crichton, son of Lt.-Col. Hon. John Crichton and Jane Weldon, on 24 July 1849.¹ She died on 30 October 1860.¹
      From 24 July 1849, her married name became Crichton.¹

     Lt.-Col. unknown Hawkshaw lived at Divernagh, County Armagh, Ireland.¹

     Jane Anne Crichton was born on 19 October 1798.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. John Crichton and Jane Weldon.¹ She married Robert Fowler, son of Rt. Rev. Robert Fowler and Hon. Louisa Gardiner, on 20 August 1820.¹ She died on 19 May 1828 at age 29.¹
      From 20 August 1820, her married name became Fowler.¹

     Robert Fowler was born on 15 June 1797.² He was the son of Rt. Rev. Robert Fowler and Hon. Louisa Gardiner.^1,3 He married, firstly, Jane Anne Crichton, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. John Crichton and Jane Weldon, on 20 August 1820.¹ He married, secondly, Lady Harriet Eleanor Wandesforde-Butler, daughter of James Wandesford Butler, 1st Marquess of Ormonde and Grace Louisa Staples, on 16 May 1831.² He died on 6 February 1863 at age 65.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).² He lived at Rahinston, County Meath, Ireland.¹ He lived at Rathmolyon, County Meath, Ireland.²

     Rt. Rev. Robert Fowler was born circa 1767.² He was the son of Most Rev. Robert Fowler and Mildred Dealtry.³ He married Hon. Louisa Gardiner, daughter of Luke Gardiner, 1st Viscount Mountjoy and Elizabeth Montgomery, on 30 January 1796.² He died on 31 December 1841.²
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England.² He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.² He held the office of Dean of St. Patrick's.² He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).¹ He held the office of Bishop of Ossory.¹ He held the office of Archdeacon of Dublin.²

     Lady Catherine Crichton was born on 5 February 1800.¹ She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. John Crichton and Jane Weldon.¹ She married Reverend Francis Saunderson on 31 May 1825.¹ She died on 14 October 1860 at age 60.¹
      From 31 May 1825, her married name became Saunderson.¹ In August 1842 she was granted the rank of an earl's daughter.¹
