John Michael Henry Fock, 3rd Baron de Robeck was the son of John Henry Fock, 2nd Baron de Robeck and Anne Fitz-Patrick.2 He married, firstly, Hon. Margaret Lawless, daughter of Valentine Browne Lawless, 2nd Baron Cloncurry and Elizabeth Georgiana Morgan, on 30 September 1820.1 He and Hon. Margaret Lawless were divorced in 1828.1 He married, secondly, Emily Elizabeth Henry, daughter of John Joseph Henry and Lady Emily Elizabeth FitzGerald, in 1830.1 He died in October 1846.1
He was (an unknown value) on 14 July 1790.1 He gained the rank of Cornet in July 1808 in the service of the 7th Hussars.1 He fought in the Peninsular Wars, serving with General Sir John Moore in Spain.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron de Robeck [Sweden, 1750] on 22 September 1817.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kildare in 1834.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Dublin in 1838.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Wicklow.1
