     Captain Constable Curtis was the son of Captain Timothy Curtis and Rebecca Mary Curtis.² He married Henrietta Mary Anne Curtis, daughter of Charles Berwick Curtis and Henrietta Pearson, on 1 August 1851.² He died on 30 March 1909.
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 12th Lancers.¹

     Henrietta Mary Anne Curtis is the daughter of Charles Berwick Curtis and Henrietta Pearson.¹ She married Captain Constable Curtis, son of Captain Timothy Curtis and Rebecca Mary Curtis, on 1 August 1851.²

     Charles Berwick Curtis was born on 18 March 1795.¹ He was the son of Sir William Curtis, 1st Bt. and Anne Constable.² He married Henrietta Pearson, daughter of Reverend J. Battridge Pearson, on 30 November 1822.¹ He died on 26 October 1876 at age 81.¹

     Henrietta Pearson was the daughter of Reverend J. Battridge Pearson.² She married Charles Berwick Curtis, son of Sir William Curtis, 1st Bt. and Anne Constable, on 30 November 1822.¹ She died on 6 April 1884.¹
     Her married name became Curtis.

     He lived at Croxall, Derbyshire, England^G.¹

     Sir William Curtis, 1st Bt. was born on 25 January 1752.¹ He was the son of Joseph Curtis and Mary Tennant.² He married Anne Constable, daughter of Edward Constable, on 9 January 1776.¹ He died on 18 January 1829 at age 76.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the City of London between 1790 and 1818.¹ He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1795 and 1795. He was created 1st Baronet Curtis, of Cullands Grove, Middlesex [U.K.] on 23 December 1802.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bletchingley in 1819.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the City of London in 1820.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hastings in 1826.¹

     Anne Constable was the daughter of Edward Constable.¹ She married Sir William Curtis, 1st Bt., son of Joseph Curtis and Mary Tennant, on 9 January 1776.¹ She died on 7 August 1833.¹
     Her married name became Curtis.

     Captain Timothy Curtis was the son of Reverend Charles Curtis.² He married Rebecca Mary Curtis, daughter of Sir William Curtis, 1st Bt. and Anne Constable, on 29 March 1828.² He died on 15 October 1834.
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Rebecca Mary Curtis was the daughter of Sir William Curtis, 1st Bt. and Anne Constable.² She married Captain Timothy Curtis, son of Reverend Charles Curtis, on 29 March 1828.¹ She died on 11 May 1848.¹
     From 29 March 1828, her married name became Curtis.³
