     Emma Margaret Salmond was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir William Salmond.² She married Andrew Ramsay Don-Wauchope, son of Sir John Don-Wauchope of Newton Don, 8th Bt. and Bethia Hamilton Buchanan, on 28 October 1903.¹ She died on 14 December 1959.
     Emma Margaret Salmond also went by the nick-name of Maizie.¹ From 28 October 1903, her married name became Don-Wauchope.

     John Andrew Don-Wauchope was born on 24 March 1910.¹ He was the son of Andrew Ramsay Don-Wauchope and Emma Margaret Salmond.² He married Yona Marie Plew, daughter of Ferdinand Plew, on 14 July 1931.¹ He died on 30 May 1940 at age 30 at Dunkirk, France, killed in action.¹
     John Andrew Don-Wauchope fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Highland Light Infantry.¹

     Yona Marie Plew is the daughter of Ferdinand Plew.¹ She married, secondly, John Andrew Don-Wauchope, son of Andrew Ramsay Don-Wauchope and Emma Margaret Salmond, on 14 July 1931.¹ She married, thirdly, Brigadier David Campbell Mullen on 14 December 1941.¹
     Her married name became Gillies.¹ From 14 July 1931, her married name became Don-Wauchope. From 14 December 1941, her married name became Mullen.¹

     Patrick Hamilton Don-Wauchope was born on 1 May 1863.¹ He was the son of Sir John Don-Wauchope of Newton Don, 8th Bt. and Bethia Hamilton Buchanan.² He married Georgiana Renira Buchan Fitzjohn, daughter of George Fitzjohn, on 10 June 1897.¹ He died on 9 January 1939 at age 75.¹
     Patrick Hamilton Don-Wauchope was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.).¹

     Georgiana Renira Buchan Fitzjohn was the daughter of George Fitzjohn.² She married Patrick Hamilton Don-Wauchope, son of Sir John Don-Wauchope of Newton Don, 8th Bt. and Bethia Hamilton Buchanan, on 10 June 1897.¹ She died on 5 May 1928.¹
     From 10 June 1897, her married name became Don-Wauchope.

     Sir Patrick George Don-Wauchope of Edmonstone and Newton Don, 10th Bt. was born on 7 May 1898.¹ He was the son of Patrick Hamilton Don-Wauchope and Georgiana Renira Buchan Fitzjohn.² He married Ismay Lilian Ursula Hodges, daughter of Sidney Richard Hodges, on 15 August 1936.¹ He and Ismay Lilian Ursula Hodges were divorced in 1947.¹ He died on 15 September 1989 at age 91.¹
     Sir Patrick George Don-Wauchope of Edmonstone and Newton Don, 10th Bt. was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.¹ He fought in the First World War, in teh Royal Field Artillery, and was wounded.¹ He was a horticulturist.¹ He fought in the Second World War, in Italy.¹ He succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Don, of Newton Don [N.S., 1667] on 28 April 1951.¹

     Ismay Lilian Ursula Hodges is the daughter of Sidney Richard Hodges.² She married, firstly, Sir Patrick George Don-Wauchope of Edmonstone and Newton Don, 10th Bt., son of Patrick Hamilton Don-Wauchope and Georgiana Renira Buchan Fitzjohn, on 15 August 1936.¹ She and Sir Patrick George Don-Wauchope of Edmonstone and Newton Don, 10th Bt. were divorced in 1947.¹ She married, secondly, G. W. Shipman in 1989.¹
     From 15 August 1936, her married name became Don-Wauchope. From 1989, her married name became Shipman.¹ She lived in 2003 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa.¹

     Malcolm John Don-Wauchope was born on 14 December 1939.¹ He is the son of Sir Patrick George Don-Wauchope of Edmonstone and Newton Don, 10th Bt. and Ismay Lilian Ursula Hodges.² He married Rea Marion Adams, daughter of Philip Montague Adams, on 27 July 1968.¹
     Malcolm John Don-Wauchope was educated at Kearnsey College, Botha's Hill, Natal, South Africa.¹ He lived in 2003 at Winterton, Natal, South Africa.¹
