John Andrew Don-Wauchope was born on 24 March 1910.1 He was the son of Andrew Ramsay Don-Wauchope and Emma Margaret Salmond.2 He married Yona Marie Plew, daughter of Ferdinand Plew, on 14 July 1931.1 He died on 30 May 1940 at age 30 at Dunkirk, France, killed in action.1
