     He was educated at Trinity College, Glenalmond, Perthshire, Scotland.¹ He was with the Royal Air Force between 1951 and 1953.¹ He was a professional photographer.¹ He lived in 2003 at Heatherhouse, Port Askaig, Isle of Islay, Argyllshire, Scotland.¹

     Deborah Patriona Heather Eadie is the daughter of George Patrick Eadie.² She married John Valentine Dewar, son of Rear-Admiral Alan Ramsay Dewar and Euphemia Valentine Graham Ford, on 6 April 1964.¹
     She graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Diploma in Art (D.A.).¹ From 6 April 1964, her married name became Dewar.

     Ilanora Scarlett Dewar was born on 23 October 1965.¹ He is the son of John Valentine Dewar and Deborah Patriona Heather Eadie.² He married Nicholas James Watts on 3 October 1998.¹
     He was educated at Queen Mary's School, Helmsley, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Cranborne Chase School, Dorset, England.¹ He graduated from London University, London, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Honours).¹ He lived in 2003 at 16 Berwick St. Leonard, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.¹

     Nicholas James Watts married Ilanora Scarlett Dewar, son of John Valentine Dewar and Deborah Patriona Heather Eadie, on 3 October 1998.¹
      From 3 October 1998, her married name became Dewar.

     Grace Perpetua Julia Valentine Dewar was born on 12 July 2002.¹ She is the daughter of Ilanora Scarlett Dewar and Nicholas James Watts.²

     Irene Flora Dewar was born on 29 December 1877.¹ She was the daughter of James Dewar and Jane Flora Wotherspoon.² She married James Ironside Flashman on 29 December 1904.¹ She died on 5 March 1938 at age 60 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.¹
      From 29 December 1904, her married name became Flashman.

     James Ironside Flashman married Irene Flora Dewar, daughter of James Dewar and Jane Flora Wotherspoon, on 29 December 1904.¹ He died on 12 February 1917, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He had a son and a daughter.¹

     Daisy Gladys Dewar was born on 21 September 1883.¹ She was the daughter of James Dewar and Jane Flora Wotherspoon.² She married James Ballantine on 2 July 1909.¹ She died on 27 July 1966 at age 82.¹
      From 2 July 1909, her married name became Ballantine.
