     Richard Noel Middleton was born in 1879 at Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England.1 He was the son of John William Middleton and Mary Asquith.1 He married Olive Christiana Lupton, daughter of Francis Martineau Lupton and Harriet Albina Davis, in 1914 at Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England. He died on 2 July 1951 at Roundhay, Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England, from a heart attack.2
     Richard Noel Middleton was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.2 He was a practising solicitor.1

She died on 27 September 1936 at age 55 at Leeds, Yorkshire, West Riding, England.1
     From 1914, her married name became Middleton.1
