     Ralph Lionel Maitland-Heriot was born in 1895.¹ He was the son of Frederick Maitland-Heriot and Emily Macaulay Pelly.² He married Helen Moira Jeffries, daughter of Harry Hugh Jeffries, on 1 October 1927.¹ He died on 12 March 1935.¹
     He fought in the First World War, with the Royal Field Artillery, and where he was mentioned in despatches and was wounded twice.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1917 and bar.¹

     Helen Moira Jeffries is the daughter of Harry Hugh Jeffries.¹ She married, firstly, Ralph Lionel Maitland-Heriot, son of Frederick Maitland-Heriot and Emily Macaulay Pelly, on 1 October 1927.¹ She married, secondly, George A. Scott on 8 December 1937.¹
     From 1 October 1927, her married name became Maitland-Heriot.¹ From 8 December 1937, her married name became Scott.¹

     Ralph Desmond Maitland-Heriot was born on 18 February 1930.¹ He was the son of Ralph Lionel Maitland-Heriot and Helen Moira Jeffries.² He married, secondly, Patricia Chiswell Bradbury.¹ He married, firstly, Annesley Moira Atkinson, daughter of Eric Atkinson, on 30 April 1955.¹ He died on 17 June 2018 at age 88.
     He was educated at The Grange School, Santiago, Chile^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at CC 26, Villa La Angostura 8407, Provincia Neuquin, Argentina.¹

     Eric Atkinson lived at Hurlingham, Buenos Aires, Argentina^G.¹

     Annesley Moira Atkinson was the daughter of Eric Atkinson.² She married Ralph Desmond Maitland-Heriot, son of Ralph Lionel Maitland-Heriot and Helen Moira Jeffries, on 30 April 1955.¹
     From 30 April 1955, her married name became Maitland-Heriot.¹

     Richard Patrick Maitland-Heriot was born on 5 February 1956.¹ He is the son of Ralph Desmond Maitland-Heriot and Annesley Moira Atkinson.² He married Angeles Fernandez Castro.³ He and Angeles Fernandez Castro were divorced.³
     He was an orthopaedic surgeon.¹ He lived in 2003 at Juan de Garay 1051, 1686 Hurlingham Prov, Buenos Aires, Argentina^G.¹

     Charles William Maitland Makgill Crichton was born on 19 May 1961.¹ He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Edward M. Maitland Makgill Crichton and Sheila Margaret Hibbins.^1,2 He died on 27 May 2007 at age 46, while recovering from an operation.³

     Rosalind Elizabeth Maitland-Heriot was born on 23 April 1962.¹ She is the daughter of Ralph Desmond Maitland-Heriot and Annesley Moira Atkinson.² She married Federico Carlos Irrgang on 28 October 1988.³
     Rosalind Elizabeth Maitland-Heriot also went by the nick-name of Lolly.³ From 28 October 1988, her married name became Irrgang.³
