     From March 1882, her married name became Rose.

     James Weyland Darling was born on 3 May 1922.1 He was the son of Major Hon. John Clive Darling and Eleanor Joan Martin Powell.2 He died in May 1941, killed in action off Crete.1
     James Weyland Darling fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Midshipman in the service of the Royal Navy.1

     Captain John Sinclair was the son of Sir John Sinclair, 6th Bt. and Margaret Learmonth.1 He died on 5 April 1858 at Jhansi, India, killed in action, unmarried.1
     Captain John Sinclair gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 39th Madras Native Infantry.1 He fought in the Indian Mutiny.1
