     Harry Spencer Chichester, 2nd Baron Templemore was born on 14 June 1821.1 He was the son of Arthur Chichester, 1st Baron Templemore and Lady Augusta Paget.1 He married, firstly, Laura Caroline Jane Paget, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir Arthur Paget and Lady Augusta Fane, on 3 August 1842.2 He married, secondly, Lady Victoria Elizabeth Ashley, daughter of Anthony Ashley-Cooper, 7th Earl of Shaftesbury and Lady Emily Caroline Catherine Frances Cowper, on 8 January 1873.1 He died on 10 June 1906 at age 84.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Templemore, of Templemore, co. Donegal [U.K., 1831] on 26 September 1837.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Honorary Colonel in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Royal Irish Regiment.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Wexford.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Wexford.1

     Arthur Chichester, 1st Baron Templemore was born on 8 January 1797.1 He was the son of Lord Spencer Stanley Chichester and Lady Anne Harriet Stewart.2 He married Lady Augusta Paget, daughter of Field Marshal Henry William Paget, 1st Marquess of Anglesey and Lady Caroline Elizabeth Villiers, on 27 July 1820.3 He died on 26 September 1837 at age 40.4
     He held the office of Lord of the Bedchamber to King William IV.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Milborne Port between 1826 and 1830.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.1 He held the office of a Lord-in-Waiting.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for County Wexford between 1830 and 1831.1 He was created 1st Baron Templemore, of Templemore, co. Donegal [U.K.] on 10 September 1831.1
