     Lt.-Col. Arnold William Rivers Currie was born on 25 July 1923.1 He was the son of Major Disney Rivers Currie and Ethel Jeanette Bryce-Smith.2 He married Daphne Valerie Helen Nash, daughter of Commander Reginald Nash, on 26 March 1960.1 He died on 17 December 1973 at age 50, without issue.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Wellington, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Scots.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1966.1

     Lieutenant Frederick Rivers Currie was born in 1896.1 He was the son of Rivers Grenfell Currie and Alice Theresa Disney Dunne.2 He died on 8 August 1915, killed in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Battalion, King's Shropshire Light Infantry, attached to the 1st Battalion.1
