     Lieutenant Cornwallis John Warner was born on 1 February 1889.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Courtenay Theydon Warner, 1st Bt. and Lady Leucha Diana Maude.1 He died on 16 May 1915 at age 26, missing in action.1
     He was a practising barrister in 1911.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry, attached to the 2nd Battalion.1

     Robert Nivison, 3rd Baron Glendyne was born on 27 October 1926.1 He was the son of John Nivison, 2nd Baron Glendyne and Ivy May Rose.2 He married Elizabeth Armitage, daughter of Sir Stephen Cecil Armitage, on 25 April 1953.1 He died on 27 June 2008 at age 81.3
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Grenadier Guards.4 He was a partner of R. Nivision & Company.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baron Glendyne, of Sanquhar, co. Dumfries [U.K., 1922] on 28 January 1967.4 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Nivison, of Sanquhar, co. Dumfries [U.K., 1914] on 28 January 1967.4 He was chairman of Glenfriars Highlanders between 1977 and 1993.1 He lived in 2003 at Craigeassie, Forfar, Angus, Scotland.1

     Elizabeth Armitage is the daughter of Sir Stephen Cecil Armitage.2 She married Robert Nivison, 3rd Baron Glendyne, son of John Nivison, 2nd Baron Glendyne and Ivy May Rose, on 25 April 1953.1
