John Edmund Elliot and Amelia Casamaijor.¹ He married, firstly, Helen Lowis, daughter of John Lowis, on 19 January 1855.¹ He married, secondly, Katharine Mangles, daughter of Ross Donnelly Mangles and Harriet Newcome, on 23 November 1869.¹ He died on 29 June 1889 at age 64.¹
