Seton Robert de la Poer Horsley-Beresford was born in 1868.1 He was the son of William Robert John Horsley-Beresford, 3rd Baron Decies and Catherine Anne Dent.1 He married, firstly, Delia Dorothy O'Sullivan, daughter of Daniel John O'Sullivan, in 1899.1 He and Delia Dorothy O'Sullivan were divorced in 1909.1 He married, secondly, Joan Rosemary Graves-Sawle, daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir Charles John Graves-Sawle, 4th Bt., on 28 June 1915.1 He died on 28 May 1928.1
