     Captain Esmond Brasnell Palmer was the son of William Clayton Palmer.1 He married Lady Dorothy Madeline Douglas, daughter of Percy Sholto Douglas, 10th Marquess of Queensberry and Anna Maria Walters, on 4 October 1924.1 He died on 5 August 1953.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Scots.1

     Lord Alfred Bruce Douglas was born on 22 October 1870.1 He was the son of John Sholto Douglas, 9th Marquess of Queensberry and Sibyl Montgomery.1 He married Olive Eleanor Custance, daughter of Colonel Frederick Hambleton Custance and Eleanor Constance Jolliffe, on 4 March 1902.1 He died on 20 March 1945 at age 74.1
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He wrote the book The City of the Soul, published 1899.1 He wrote the book Sonnets, published 1909.1 He wrote the book Oscar Wilde and Myself, published 1914.1 He wrote the book Sonnets - In Excelsis, published 1924.1 He wrote the book The Autobiography of Douglas, published 1929.1 He wrote the book Sonnets and Lyrics, published 1935.1 He wrote the book Oscar Wilde: A Summing Up, published 1940.1

     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Northamptonshire Regiment.1
