George Beresford and Susan Gorges.1 She married, firstly, Matthew O'Reilly on 8 February 1830.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Gerald Stephen FitzGerald, son of Vice-Admiral Sir Robert Lewis FitzGerald and Jane Welch, on 2 June 1842 at Templeport, County Cavan, Ireland.1,2 She died on 27 December 1881.1
     From 8 February 1830, her married name became O'Reilly. From 2 June 1842, her married name became FitzGerald.

Reverend Gerald Stephen FitzGerald1

     Reverend Gerald Stephen FitzGerald was born in 1810 at Pembrokeshire, Wales.2 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir Robert Lewis FitzGerald and Jane Welch.2 He married Susan Anne Beresford, daughter of Rev. Hon. George Beresford and Susan Gorges, on 2 June 1842 at Templeport, County Cavan, Ireland.1,2 He died on 13 August 1879 at Wanstead, Essex, England.2
     He was the Rector at Wanstead, Essex, EnglandG.1 He lived at Mount Ophaly, County Kildare, IrelandG.1

     Rev. Hon. William Beresford was born on 20 November 1780.1 He was the son of William Beresford, 1st Baron Decies and Elizabeth FitzGibbon.1 He married Lady Anna Bennet, daughter of Charles Bennet, 4th Earl of Tankerville and Emma Colebrooke, on 19 July 1804.1 He died on 27 June 1830 at age 49.1

     Lady Anna Bennet was born on 28 April 1774.1 She was the daughter of Charles Bennet, 4th Earl of Tankerville and Emma Colebrooke.3 She married Rev. Hon. William Beresford, son of William Beresford, 1st Baron Decies and Elizabeth FitzGibbon, on 19 July 1804.3 She died in September 1836 at age 62.3
     Her married name became Beresford.

     Charles Bennet, 4th Earl of Tankerville was born on 15 November 1743.1 He was the son of Charles Bennet, 3rd Earl of Tankerville and Alicia Astley.1 He married Emma Colebrooke, daughter of Sir James Colebrooke, 1st Bt. and Mary Skynner, on 7 October 1771.1 He died on 10 December 1822 at age 79.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Tankerville [G.B., 1714] on 27 October 1767.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Ossulston, of Ossulston, co. Middlesex [E., 1682] on 27 October 1767.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1782.1 He held the office of Joint Postmaster-General from 1782 to 1783.1 He held the office of Joint Postmaster-General between 1784 and 1786.1

     Emma Colebrooke was born in 1752. She was the daughter of Sir James Colebrooke, 1st Bt. and Mary Skynner.1 She married Charles Bennet, 4th Earl of Tankerville, son of Charles Bennet, 3rd Earl of Tankerville and Alicia Astley, on 7 October 1771.3 She died on 20 November 1836.3
     From 7 October 1771, her married name became Bennet. After her marriage, Emma Colebrooke was styled as Countess of Tankerville on 7 October 1771.1

     Sir James Colebrooke, 1st Bt. was born in 1722.2 He was the son of James Colebrooke and Mary Hudson.2 He married Mary Skynner, daughter of Stephen Skynner and Mary Remington, in May 1747.2 He died on 10 May 1761.2
     He was appointed Knight.2 He was created 1st Baronet Colebrooke, of Gatton, co. Surrey [Great Britain] on 12 October 1759, with a special remainder to his brother, George.2
