     Susan Arabella Rowley was the daughter of Sir William Rowley, 2nd Bt. and Susannah Edith Harland.² She married Colonel Douglas Mercer on 2 November 1820.¹ She died in 1862.¹
     From 2 November 1820, her married name became Mercer.

     Vice-Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley was born on 10 June 1764.¹ He was the son of Rear-Admiral Sir Joshua Rowley, 1st Bt. and Sarah Burton.² He married Arabella Martin, daughter of Captain William Martin.¹ He died on 7 October 1811 at age 47.¹
     He was Commander-in-Chief of the Jamaica.¹ He gained the rank of Vice-Admiral of the Blue.¹

     Arabella Martin is the daughter of Captain William Martin.¹ She married, secondly, Vice-Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley, son of Rear-Admiral Sir Joshua Rowley, 1st Bt. and Sarah Burton.¹ She married, firstly, Benjamin Wade.¹
     Her married name became Wade.¹ Her married name became Rowley.

     Reverend Joshua Rowley was born on 16 October 1769.¹ He was the son of Rear-Admiral Sir Joshua Rowley, 1st Bt. and Sarah Burton.² He married Mary Scourfield, daughter of Henry Scourfield, on 2 April 1799.¹
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)³
