     Oswald Peyton Latham Hoskyns was born in 1883.¹ He was the son of Rear-Admiral Peyton Hoskyns and Grace MacDuff Latham.² He married Evelyn Mary Blacklock, daughter of Joseph Herbert Blacklock, on 13 June 1913.¹ He died on 12 August 1922.¹
