General Sir Charles Trollope was born on 21 October 1808.1 He was the son of Sir John Trollope, 6th Bt. and Anne Thorold.2 He married, firstly, Frances Lord, daughter of John Lord, on 25 March 1840.1 He married, secondly, Cordelia Maria Murray, daughter of Maj.-Gen. James Patrick Murray and Elizabeth Rushworth, on 31 March 1864.1 He died on 5 July 1888 at age 79.1

Sir William Henry Trollope, 10th Bt. was born on 14 September 1858.1 He was the son of General Sir Charles Trollope and Frances Lord.2 He married Louisa Charlotte Campbell Johnston, daughter of Captain Frederick Erskine Johnston, on 12 December 1894.1 He died on 24 August 1921 at age 62, without surviving male issue.1
Sir William Henry Trollope, 10th Bt. was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1883 entitled to practice as a barrister.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1884 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He succeeded to the title of 10th Baronet Trollope, of Casewick, co. Lincoln [E., 1642] on 5 November 1915.1
