     Admiral Sir Eliab Harvey was born in 1758.1 He was the son of William Harvey and Emma Skynner.2 He married Lady Louisa Nugent, daughter of Robert Nugent, 1st Earl Nugent and Elizabeth Drax, in 1784.3 He died in 1830.1
     He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.).2 He lived at Rolls Park, Chigwell, Essex, England.4
