     Major Hon. James Duthac Carnegie was born on 26 September 1910.1 He was the son of Charles Noel Carnegie, 10th Earl of Southesk and Ethel Mary Elizabeth Bannerman.1 He married Claudia Katharine Angela Blackburn, daughter of Hon. Robert Francis Leslie Blackburn, Lord Blackburn and Lady Constance Frances Bowes-Lyon, on 26 February 1935.1 He died on 14 January 1996 at age 85.1
     Major Hon. James Duthac Carnegie usually went by his middle name of Duthac.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He gained the rank of Major in the 4th/5th Battalion, The Black Watch.1 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.) in 1945.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Perthshire in 1954.1 He lived at Balloch, Alyth, Perthshire, ScotlandG.2

     Violet Mabel Fraser is the daughter of Philip Affleck Fraser.1 She married Hon. Robert Francis Carnegie, son of James Carnegie, 9th Earl of Southesk and Lady Susan Catherine Mary Murray, on 26 November 1913.1
     From 26 November 1913, her married name became Carnegie.1

     Stella Therese Cleveland is the daughter of James John Cleveland.1 She married, firstly, F/Sgt. James Peter Mosley Leigh, son of Oswald Edward Stanley Mosley Leigh and Mary Eleanor Olive Stirling-Cookson, before 1944.1 She married, secondly, David James Carnegie, son of Hon. Robert Francis Carnegie and Violet Mabel Fraser, on 29 April 1949.1
     Stella Therese Cleveland also went by the nick-name of Wendy.1 From before 1949, her married name became Leigh.1 From 29 April 1949, her married name became Carnegie.1

James Peter Mosley Leigh was born in 1917.2 He was the son of Oswald Edward Stanley Mosley Leigh and Mary Eleanor Olive Stirling-Cookson.2,3 He married Stella Therese Cleveland, daughter of James John Cleveland, before 1944.1 He died on 21 July 1944, killed in action over enemy territory.2
     He gained the rank of Flight Sergeant in the Royal Air Force.1 He fought in the Second World War.2

     Robert Murray Carnegie was born on 3 July 1917.1 He was the son of Hon. Robert Francis Carnegie and Violet Mabel Fraser.1 He married Pauline Frances Farmer, daughter of Captain Francis Farmer, on 2 February 1949.1 He died on 18 December 1954 at age 37, from injuries recieved in an aeroplane accident.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the King's African Rifles.1 He gained the rank of officer in the East African Army Serivce Corps.1 He fought in the Second World War.1
