Pierce Edmond Creagh Butler, 11th/21st Baron Dunboyne was the son of Pierce Butler, 10th/20th Baron Dunboyne and Maria Macnamara. He died in December 1785, unmarried.1
He succeeded as the 21st Baron Dunboyne [I., 1324] on 20 August 1773.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baron Dunboyne, co. Meath [I., 1541] on 20 August 1773.1

Rt. Rev. John Butler, 12th/22nd Baron Dunboyne was born circa 1731.2,3 He was the son of Edmond Butler, 8th/18th Baron Dunboyne and Anne Grace.1 He married Maria Butler, daughter of Theobald Butler, in 1787.1 He died on 7 May 1800 at 18 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, without issue.1,3
He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1 He succeeded as the 12th Baron Dunboyne, co. Meath [I., 1541] in December 1785.1 He succeeded as the 22nd Baron Dunboyne [I., 1324] in December 1785.1 He held the office of Bishop of Cork before 1786, Catholic.1

Maria Butler was the daughter of Theobald Butler.1 She married, firstly, Rt. Rev. John Butler, 12th/22nd Baron Dunboyne, son of Edmond Butler, 8th/18th Baron Dunboyne and Anne Grace, in 1787.1 She married, secondly, John Hulbert Moore in 1801.1 She died in August 1860.1
