Mary Hill-Trevor, daughter of Arthur Edwin Hill, 1st Baron Trevor of Brynkinalt and Hon. Mary Catherine Curzon, on 2 January 1901.3 He and Hon. Mary Hill-Trevor were divorced in 1913.3 He married, secondly, Dorothy Halton in 1920.3 He married, thirdly, Gwendoline Phyllis Talmage in 1931.3 He died on 27 October 1934.3
     He was also known as Archibald.3 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.3 He was educated at New College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.3 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1896 in the Grenadier Guards.3 He fought in the Sudan Campaign in 1898.3 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1898.3 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) James Archibald Morrison were divorced in 1913.2 She married, secondly, Douglas Alexander Mitchell-Carruthers, son of Reverend William Mitchell-Carruthers and Antonia Holden, on 9 October 1915.2 She and Douglas Alexander Mitchell-Carruthers were divorced in 1948.2 She died on 3 September 1962 at age 83.3

     Robert Walter Shirley, 12th Earl Ferrers was born on 7 July 1894.1 He was the son of Walter Knight Shirley, 11th Earl Ferrers and Mary Jane Moon.1,2 He married Hermione Justice Morley, daughter of A. Noel Morley, on 28 February 1922.1 He died on 11 October 1954 at age 60.1
     He succeeded as the 18th Baronet Shirley, of Staunton Harold [E., 1611] on 2 February 1937.1 He succeeded as the 12th Earl Ferrers [G.B., 1711] on 2 February 1937.1 He succeeded as the 12th Viscount Tamworth, of co. Stafford [G.B., 1711] on 2 February 1937.1
