     Lucy Anne Cooper was the daughter of Sir Richard Powell Cooper, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Ashmall.² She married Brig.-Gen. Richard Mildmay Foot, son of Reverend Cunningham Noel Foot, on 30 March 1902.¹ She died on 20 September 1946.¹
      From 30 March 1902, her married name became Foot.

     Reverend Cunningham Noel Foot was the Rector at Dogmersfield, Hampshire, England.¹ He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).¹

     Brig.-Gen. Richard Mildmay Foot was the son of Reverend Cunningham Noel Foot.² He married Lucy Anne Cooper, daughter of Sir Richard Powell Cooper, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Ashmall, on 30 March 1902.¹ He died on 16 October 1933.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).¹ He gained the rank of Brigadier-General in the service of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).¹ He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).¹ He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.).¹

     Mary Mabel Cooper was born in 1880 at Lichfield, Staffordshire, England.² She was the daughter of Sir Richard Powell Cooper, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Ashmall.³ She married Kenward Stuart Barker, son of Christopher Dove Barker, on 19 May 1903.¹ She died on 5 March 1953.¹
      From 19 May 1903, her married name became Barker.

     Christopher Dove Barker married Alice Gray Elmslie in 1854 at Totnes, Devon, England.² He died in 1905 at Upton-upon-Severn, Worcestershire, England.²

     Edith Maud Cooper was born in 1881 at Lichfield, Staffordshire, England.² She was the daughter of Sir Richard Powell Cooper, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Anne Ashmall.³ She married Lt.-Col. Robert Essington Negus, son of Thomas Addison Negus and Edith Mary Brace, on 20 July 1910.¹ She died on 2 February 1923, leaving issue.¹
