     Rosamond Margaret Stirling Woollcombe was born on 21 September 1919.1 She is the daughter of Rt. Rev. Henry St. John Stirling Woollcombe and Florence Hilda Argles.1 She married Geoffrey Roy Holland Smith, son of Samuel Smith, on 22 August 1942 at Bolton Percy, Yorkshire, England.1
     From 22 August 1942, her married name became Smith.1

     Geoffrey Roy Holland Smith was born circa 1902.1 He was the son of Samuel Smith.1 He married Rosamond Margaret Stirling Woollcombe, daughter of Rt. Rev. Henry St. John Stirling Woollcombe and Florence Hilda Argles, on 22 August 1942 at Bolton Percy, Yorkshire, England.1 He died on 9 May 1964.1
     Geoffrey Roy Holland Smith was a practising barrister.1 He was head of the Samuel Smith Old Brewery.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Yorkshire in 1946.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Oxton Hall, Tadcaster, Yorkshire, England.1
