John Francis Arundell, 12th Baron Arundell of Wardour was born on 28 December 1831 at Wardour Castle, Wiltshire, England.1 He was baptised on 28 December 1831 at Wardour Castle, Wiltshire, England.1 He was the son of Henry Benedict Arundell, 11th Baron Arundell of Wardour and Frances Catharine Tichborne.1 He married Anne Lucy Errington, daughter of John Errington and Anne Mary Eyre, on 13 October 1862 at Roman Catholic Chapel, Hexham, Northumberland, England.1 He died on 26 October 1906 at age 74, without issue.1,2 He was buried on 31 October 1906.1 His will was probated in March 1907, at £189,789 gross and £54,854 net.1

Hannah Eleanor Kennedy was born in April 1815.1 She was the daughter of Archibald Kennedy, Earl of Cassillis and Eleanor Allardyce.1 She married Sir John Andrew Cathcart, 5th Bt., son of Hugh Cathcart and Caroline Montgomery, on 5 July 1836 at Ailsa House, Privy gardens, Whitehall, London, England.2 She died on 8 May 1877 at age 62 at Kingston-on-Thames, Surrey, England.2
