Sir Berkeley Lucy, 3rd Bt. was born in 1672.2 He was the son of Sir Kingsmill Lucy, 2nd Bt. and Lady Theophilia Berkeley.2 He married Catharine Cotton, daughter of Charles Cotton and Isabella Hutchinson.2 He died on 19 November 1759, without male issue.2 He was buried on 26 November 1759 at Facombe, Hampshire, England.2 His will was probated on 21 November 1759.2
