     Anthony John Wyndham Owston was born on 24 June 1940.1 He was the son of S/Ldr. Alfred John Owston and Rosemary Sylvia Bromley.1 He married Vivian Patricia Bellamy, daughter of Brigadier Robert Hugh Bellamy and Kathleen Louisa Isabel Lascelles, in 1967.1 He died in 1992.1
     Anthony John Wyndham Owston was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1965 entitled to practice as a Barrister.1

     S/Ldr. Alfred John Owston was the son of John Charles Owston.1 He married Rosemary Sylvia Bromley, daughter of Rupert FitzRoy Bromley and Emilye Rennie, on 18 February 1939.1 He died on 3 May 1961.1
     S/Ldr. Alfred John Owston graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was invested as a Companion, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.).1 S/Ldr. Alfred John Owston usually went by his middle name of John.1 He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the service of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.1
