     Rt. Rev. George Synge was born in 1594.2 He was the son of Richard Synge and Alice Rowley.2 He married, firstly, Anne Edgeworth, daughter of Francis Edgeworth, in 1622.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Stevens after 1641.2 He died in August 1652.2
     Rt. Rev. George Synge graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).2 He held the office of Burgess of Bridgenorth in 1628.2 He held the office of Bishop of Cloyne in 1638.2
