     Geoffrey de Say, 2nd Lord Say was born circa 1305.2 He was the son of Geoffrey de Say, 1st Lord Say and Idonia de Leyburn.2 He married Lady Maud de Beauchamp, daughter of Guy de Beauchamp, 10th Earl of Warwick and Alice de Toeni.2 He died on 26 June 1359.3
     He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Say [E., 1313] before 3 March 1321/22.2 He was Admiral of the King's Fleets from the mouth of the Thames to the western ports in 1336.2 He was Captain of the Fleet towards the west in 1337.2 He fought in the Battle of Crécy in 1346.2 He held the office of Constable of Rochester Castle in 1355, for life.2

He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent in 1357.2

     He gained the title of 2nd Lord Deincourt.
