Frederick William Hotham, 6th Baron Hotham of South Dalton was born on 19 March 1863.1 He was the son of Reverend William Francis Hotham and Emma Carbonell.1 He married Eliza Benita Sanders, daughter of Thomas Saunders and Mary Charlotte Dunn, on 9 July 1902.1 He died on 7 October 1923 at age 60.1
He succeeded to the title of 6th Baron Hotham of South Dalton [I., 1797] on 13 December 1907.2 He succeeded to the title of 16th Baronet Hotham [E., 1622] on 13 December 1907.1

Eliza Benita Sanders was the daughter of Thomas Saunders and Mary Charlotte Dunn.1,2 She married Frederick William Hotham, 6th Baron Hotham of South Dalton, son of Reverend William Francis Hotham and Emma Carbonell, on 9 July 1902.1 She died on 14 December 1954.1
