     Reverend Arthur Venables Calveley Hordern was born on 12 April 1866.1 He was the son of Reverend Joseph Calveley Hordern and Charlotte Anne Partridge.1 He married Hilda Leigh Slater in 1898.1 He died on 30 October 1946 at age 80.1
     He fought in the Boer War.1 He was Chaplain to Forces in 1910.1 He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1918, with the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, where he was mentioned in despatches six times.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1916.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.1 He held the office of Rural Dean of Hodnet between 1920 and 1930.1 He was the Vicar between 1930 and 1939 at Stansted, Essex, EnglandG.1
     He had five sons (one killed in action 1942) and two daughters.1

     Lady Olivia French Acheson was born circa 1778 at Market Hill, Mullaghbrack, County Armagh, IrelandG.1 She was the daughter of Arthur Acheson, 1st Earl of Gosford and Millicent Pole.1 She married Brig.-Gen. Robert Bernard Sparrow, son of Robert Sparrow and Mary Bernard, on 14 March 1797 at Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 She died on 12 February 1863.2
